We developed this recipe in honor of and with the permission of Alexis DelChiaro, a news personality for Good Morning San Diego. A kindred spirit, Alexis exudes good health and an endless supply of early-morning energy every weekday.
- One banana, peeled & chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- One mango, peeled & chopped
- One apple, chopped
- 12-20 almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica
- 2-3 dashes cinnamon
Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Enjoy immediately!

For added depth, try a frozen banana. Peel and chop banana first, then place in a freezer-proof storage container and chill overnight.
