Q: What's the Auto-Delivery program & how does it work?


A: Auto-Delivery is our convenient replenishment program that insures that you always have either BioAstin or Hawaiian Spirulina on hand, at a 20% discount with free shipping! Other discounts will not apply to the Auto-Delivery price. The shipping schedule is set to default to ship in 1-2 month increments, but you can customize the shipping schedule any way you'd like to. 

After placing an Auto-Delivery order, you don't need to reorder the item again. You'll be billed for your first shipment after payment has been processed. Subsequent shipments will be billed at the locked-in 20% discounted price and automatically sent on a regular shipping schedule (for example, approximately every 30 or 60 days) or on a schedule you customize. Delivery and billing are repeated until you cancel your Auto-Delivery. Manage your Auto-Delivery plan(s) by logging into your account online, by email at [email protected] or by calling Customer Service at 800-453-1187.

You can cancel your Auto-Delivery at any time. 

Q: How can I manage or make changes to my Auto-Delivery program?

A: You can conveniently manage your Auto-Delivery program online. Just log into to your account at nutrex-hawaii.com and select "Schedule and Save." From the member's area, you can make changes to your plan or to an individual shipment. You can accelerate or delay shipments, or change the order quantity, payment information and shipping information. You can also cancel your Auto-Delivery plan here.

Q: Can I cancel my Auto-Delivery plan?

A: Yes! Cancel any time online, by email at [email protected], or by calling Customer Service at 800-453-1187. You won't receive or be billed for any future shipments unless your order has already shipped. 

Q: How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?

A: If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund of the purchase price. Please include a copy of the packing slip that came with the shipment with your return. Please contact Customer Service for more details and instructions.

Q: Can I restart or reinstate an Auto-Delivery plan I previously canceled?

A: Yes! To restart an Auto-Delivery plan, just place an order online and select "Add to Auto-Delivery". From here, you'll be able to select the frequency of your new plan. Future shipments and billing will continue on scheduled dates.  

Q: Does this program apply to international orders?

A: Sort of. You will still receive 20% off of your order but we only offer free shipping to the USA. International orders will be assessed the standard international freight charge with starts at $25.
