Shipping Cut Off Time
All orders placed at or after 9:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. Orders ship within 24 hours; however, if your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped the following Monday. A shipping confirmation will be emailed once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after your order is shipped.
USA - Delivery Times/Charges
Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 7 – 14 days. Typically it will be 3 - 5 days for the Western US states and 6 -10 days for the Eastern states. Please note that all rural areas could take up to 14 business days.

P.O. Boxes, APO Addresses
Nutrex Hawaii will ship to P.O. Boxes and APO address. Nutrex Hawaii will not be responsible for any lost or damaged orders shipped to P.O. boxes/APO addresses; we recommend using a physical street address only. P.O. Box orders will ship via FedEx SmartPost. Orders to PO Boxes in Hawaii or Alasaka will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipments to Canada*
Shipping and handling charges are US$5.95 for all orders less than US$75.00 shipped to Canada. Orders to Canada over US$75.00 qualify for free shipping. The customer is responsible for any duties,customs fees and taxes. Orders to Canada will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. DUE TO CUSTOMS REGULATIONS, ONLY A 3 MONTH'S SUPPLY OF SUPPLEMENTS IS ALLOWED TO BE SHIPPED TO CANADA AT ANY ONE TIME.

All international orders including Canada are subject to any applicable international shipping fees. We do not ship to international P.O. boxes; a physical street address must be provided. Please allow 8 – 14 business days for delivery. You are solely responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes including any Value Added Tax (VAT) fees for all international orders. Each country has its own specific regulations regarding importing nutritional supplements. When ordering products from Nutrex Hawaii to be shipped to a location outside the USA, you are considered the importer for that non-US country and must comply with all laws and regulations specific to your importing country.
Online Purchase Additional Terms
All purchases through our site, all other transactions formed through the Website, and all transactions occurring as a result of visits made by you to this site are governed by these Terms of Shipping, including the following Online Purchase Additional Terms:
Terms of payment are within Nutrex Hawaii’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Nutrex Hawaii, payment must be received by Nutrex Hawaii prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for the products may be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Nutrex Hawaii. Orders are not binding on Nutrex Hawaii until accepted by Nutrex Hawaii.
Title to Product
Title to products passes from Nutrex Hawaii to you upon shipment from our facility; however, loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Nutrex Hawaii shall be our responsibility. If the loss or damage occurs during shipment by a carrier you select, then it will be your responsibility. Software is only licensed and not sold; licensor retains all right, title and interest in and to such software.
Guaranteed Satisfaction/Return Policy
You may return any Products in accordance with our “5 STAR GUARANTEE” in effect at the time of purchase. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products and best customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your product and ordered your product directly from our Website, you may return it within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage. A copy of your invoice must be included with return as well as a reason for the return; please follow these simple procedures and you will be issued the appropriate credit. Please contact us for the return address at 1-800-453-1187.
If any package is returned to us due to an address error made by you, you refuse the package, or the items are not allowed into a certain country due to customs or otherwise, you will only be credited for the returned product less the cost of the entire shipping fee. If the product is unable to be returned or is destroyed, no credit will be issued.
We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
