Oatmeal-Spirulina Facial Treatment

Great for all skin types and will give a glow to the skin.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup hot water (not boiling)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (not steel cut or instant quick cooking)
- 2 TBSP plain yogurt
- 2 TBSP honey (unrefined, unheated is preferable)
- 1 TSP Hawaiian Spirulina powder

Directions:

Take the hot water and stir it into the oats. While the oats are absorbing the liquid, in another bowl, mix well together plain yogurt, honey, and Hawaiian Spirulina powder. Add the yogurt-Spirulina mixture to the warm oatmeal and then apply a thin layer of this warm mixture on your clean face and neck. If there’s enough (or you can double the recipe), apply it to your décolleté (chest area). Keep it on for 10-20 minutes and try to relax, breathe deeply and visualize your beautiful, youthful skin. Rinse it off with warm water and finish with a cold rinse. Pat dry and feel/see the glow.
