Seedalicious Spirulina Protein Bites

Seedalicious Spirulina Protein Bites

Time: 10 minutes
Make 20-24 bites

Ingredients:

- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened banana chips
- 8 to 10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup cacao nibs
- 1 scoop Hawaiian Spirulina Protein powder
- 1/2 cup dried goji berries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more if you’re a cinnamon junkie)

Directions:

Mix cashews, chia seeds, banana chips and protein powder in a food processor until it resembles gravel. Add remaining ingredients and mix until the “dough” starts to stick together. If it’s not sticky enough, add a teaspoon of water at a time until it clumps. Remove from food processor and roll into 1 inch balls. You can eat them right away or refrigerate them–they taste great warm or cold. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
