Spirulina Chimichurri Tacos

Elevate your dishes with vibrant Chimichurri sauce, bursting with flavors of parsley, garlic, and a hint of Hawaiian Spirulina, perfect for drizzling over tacos or bowls for a week's worth of delicious meals.

 

Chimichurri Ingredients:  

1 bunch finely minced parsley, about ¾-1 cup 

½ cup olive oil 

2 cloves minced roasted garlic (raw garlic or garlic powder would work as well) 

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (can sub apple cider vinegar) 

½ teaspoon salt 

½ teaspoon crushed red peppers 

½ teaspoon smoked paprika 

1-2 teaspoons Hawaiian Spirulina

 

Taco Ingredients:

Corn tortillas 

Roasted sweet potatoes 

Quinoa 

Black Beans 

Roasted Cauliflower/ any other veggies of choice 

Tomato 

Lettuce 

Red onion 

Chimichurri sauce 

Favorite hummus of choice with spirulina added 

 

Chimichurri Directions:
