These vegan chia pudding cups with coconut milk are fall festive but delicious anytime of year. Enjoy for breakfast or as a healthy desert!
Total Time: overnight
Makes: 2-3 servings
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Directions:1. Mix everything together and let sit overnight.
2. After letting it set, mix again and serve! Top with granola, cereal, fruit, chocolate chips, vegan caramel, chocolate rice crisps, or anything you want!
