Dragon fruit Yogurt Bowl

Rich in protein and calcium from the yogurt, this yogurt bowl takes you to the tropics with dragon fruit as the bowl!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serving Size: 1 yogurt bowl

 

Ingredients:

½ tsp Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or yogurt to your liking)
- Dragon fruit, cut in half

 

Toppings:

- All natural sprinkles
- Coconut shavings
- Sliced bananas
- Cacao nibs

Directions:

Use a teaspoon to hollow out fruit balls from one half of the dragon fruit. Mix yogurt and Hawaiian Spirulina until well combined. Pour yogurt mixture into a bowl or the hollowed out half of dragon fruit. Top with dragon fruit balls, slices of banana, and toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
