Holiday Plant-based Mint Smoothie

Though the days are getting colder in some parts of the world, it's never not the time to enjoy a festive and delicious green smoothie! This smoothie has the tastes of the season with fresh mint and a beautiful green color to get you in a holiday mood.

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup kale
- handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk


Topping:

- sprinkle of cacao nibs and mint leaves

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender except for the topping. Blend until smooth and pour into glasses. Top with cacao nibs and fresh mint leaves. Cheers with a friend!
