Mint Chocolate Baked Oats with Spirulina Yogurt "Frosting"

Summer is here!  A perfect minty and healthy dessert we know everyone will love! 

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Servings:  1-2 

Oat Base Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1/4 cup oat flour

- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

- pinch of salt

- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

- 1/3 cup plant based milk 

- chopped up dark chocolate or vegan chocolate chips 

Yogurt "Frosting" Ingredients:

- 1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla plant based yogurt 

- dash of maple syrup

- 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina®


1. Preheat oven to 350 F

2. Mix all the oat base ingredients together starting with dry, then adding wet

3. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes

4. While the oats are baking, mix all the "frosting" ingredients together  

5. Once the eats finish baking, top with frosting & enjoy!
