Try this fun and tasty holiday treat. Both yummy and refreshing!
For the pumpkin milk…
- 1 cup non dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
For the matcha…
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- ½ teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina
- 2 tablespoons water
1. Blend the pumpkin milk ingredients together until frothy.
2. Whisk the matcha ingredients together until no clumps remain.
3. Pour both over ice, stir and enjoy!
