- 3 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 stalks of organic celery, diced
- 1 cup of dried cranberries or raisins
- 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina Powder
Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve over greens or on your favorite bread.
