Spirulina Oat Protein Balls

This simple and healthy no-bake spirulina and oatmeal protein balls recipe is perfect for a healthy energy boost! A quick snack that will keep you satisfied for hours.

Prep Time: 40 minutes total

Serving Size: 20 balls

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups pureed dates
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup honey
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- Shredded coconut for topping

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in coconut shreds for toppings. Chill in refrigerator for 15-30 mins. Enjoy!
