Spirulina Spring Rolls


- 1 large ripe avocado, sliced into thin strips
- 1 large carrot, cleaned and cut into thin strips
- 3 button mushrooms, sliced
- spinach leaves
- 1 package of extra firm tofu, cut into thin strips
- 1 TSP Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- 3 spring roll wrappers


Moisten spring roll wrappers according to package directions. Layer spinach leaves, avocado strips, carrot and tofy and sprinkle with Hawaiian Spirulina. Roll and cut into halves or slices and serve.
