Ingredients:
- ¼ cup tahini- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup gluten free flour
- ¼ + 4 tablespoons cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons matcha
- 1-2 teaspoons Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- zest from an orange (optional but yummy and good for your skin)
- strawberry jam
- powdered sugar on top
Directions:
Mix everything together, scoop into heaped tablespoon sized cookies, use you thumb to create and indent in the center, fill with strawberry jam and bake at 375 degrees for around 12 minutes. Let cool on the cookie sheet and enjoy!
