Vegan Poke Bombs

Poke is an island staple here in Hawaii and lately poke bombs have been making a big splash on the islands. Usually made with ahi (tuna) this recipe calls to replace the ahi with diced avocados. 

Prep Time: 30 Minutes

Makes: 12 Poke Bombs

Ingredients :

One whole avocado cubed

One cucumber peeled and cubed

1 tablespoon powdered Pure Hawaiian Spirulina

1 tablespoon shoyu

1 tablespoon sesame oil

¼ cup onion diced

2 tablespoons veganaise

2 teaspoons siracha

2 green onions chopped

For umami: flavor to taste with shichimi togarashi


Combine and mix the ingredients.

Fill unari half full with sushi vinegar rice. Top off with avocado poke and enjoy!
