Vegan Protein Balls

These vegan protein balls are the perfect snack to keep you powered and full of energy throughout the day. 

Prep Time: 40 minutes total

Serving Size: 20 balls

Ingredients:

- 5 dates/5 figs
- Nutzo Butter - keep adding until you reach desired binding of ingredients
- 2/3 cup of old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (dairy free)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Hawaiian Spirulina Powder

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in and chill in refrigerator for 15-30 mins. Enjoy!
